CEO & President

Robert Dickens Sr. has over 25 years of experience in the car detailing and commercial cleaning market. He established Dickens Car Care Corner as a sole proprietorship in 1989. As the company thrust into the janitorial market, he expanded the name to Dickens Janitorial Cleaning Services & Supply. His business model of integrity and excellent service rests at the foundation of DJCSS. Robert has an extensive background in sales, management, quality control, and project and personnel management. As CEO & President, Robert is responsible for developing all daily cleaning processes, the TEAM system, and the company's management structure. Robers has been a driving force in cultivating DJCSS into a thriving small business. He continues to successfully acquire and manage a myriad of contracts throughout the southeastern United States. 

Vice President

Betty Dickens brings over 30 years of administrative and financial expertise to DJCSS. Since its inception, she has been a major player in the development of company policies and procedures.  As Vice President, Betty is responsible for financial management, company communication, training literature, and quality control.  She holds a Bachelor of Science from Troy University.  Her business savvy and organizational skills allow DJCS to run smoothly and efficiently inside and out.  In addition to her roles within the company, she offers business courses and consultation for new entrepreneurs.

Project Manager

Robert Dickens Jr. brings nearly 20 years of cleaning and management experience.  His vast knowledge of all cleaning processes has been vital in the creation of the systems used to deliver services. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Troy University.  As project manager at DJCSS, Robert is responsible for securing new business, implementing cleaning systems and management structures, and overseeing multi-level projects.  Additionally, he is responsible for the design and implementation of all company images, marketing, and online media.

Office Manager

DeAndrea Dickens-Peterson brings over 20 years of cleaning and administrative skill to DJCSS. She holds a master's degree from Troy University. She is responsible for all human resource functions within DJCSS. DeAndrea's areas of responsibility include staffing, compensation, employee relations, payroll, and quality control.  Her insight into company relations and quality control has led to the successful renewal of several projects.
